Absolutely not. Every Texas Forever Charter is fully captained by DJ or Dane. You show up, we handle everything. Just bring your crew, your drinks, and your good mood.

Yes, Texas Forever Charters is fully BYOB. Bring your own cooler, beer, wine, whatever you like. We also have catering available through our partners at Beachside Billies for a fully loaded experience.

We're based at Volente Beach Waterpark & Resort on Lake Travis. We also offer pickup from Volente Beach Waterpark & Resort for groups who prefer that location. Details provided at booking.

Both vessels include coolers. The yacht has 2 restrooms, a refrigerator, and a 14ft jump platform. Captains, fuel, and standard charter operations are included in your price. Every charter also includes complimentary access to Volente Beach Waterpark & Resort before or after your charter — just mention Texas Forever Charters at the gate. Towels, ice, and water bottles are optional add-ons.

Drone footage ($200), towels ($8 each), ice for coolers ($25), bottled water ($25), and beer pong setup ($50). All add-ons can be selected during booking.

The Carver is our flagship 20-person motor yacht, perfect for parties, bachelorettes, and larger groups wanting the full experience including cabin access. The 24ft Bentley Navigator pontoon is ideal for smaller groups, families, sunset cruises, and tubing. Both are fully captained.

14+ days before your charter, you get a full refund of your balance. 7–13 days, 50% refund. Less than 7 days, no refund. The 10% booking fee is non-refundable in all cases. If we cancel for weather, you get a full refund (including the booking fee) or a free reschedule. Full details in our Charter Agreement & Terms of Service.

A 10% non-refundable booking fee is due at reservation to hold your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your charter. We'll send reminder emails as the deadline approaches.

A 20% minimum gratuity is required and paid directly to your captain on the day of your charter — cash, Zelle, or Venmo. This is not collected through your booking total.

Yes, Devil's Cove is a favorite destination and a regular stop on most of our charters. We pick up from Volente Beach, cruise to Devil's Cove to anchor and float, then return. It's the classic Lake Travis experience done right.

Glass is allowed on the Carver yacht but must stay inside the cabin. Glass is not permitted on the pontoon.

Yes, there are enough life jackets for everyone on board. Children under 13 are required to wear one at all times per Texas lake law.

Smoking is not allowed on either vessel. You're welcome to smoke in the water or on a float. Vaping is allowed on board.

Pets are not allowed on either vessel. Service animals are welcome but require a conversation with the owners in advance — please call (737) 368-1669 before booking so we can discuss your specific needs.

Yes — every guest on board must sign a digital liability waiver before the charter. We'll email you the link after booking, and the booking organizer is responsible for getting all guests to sign. Guests who haven't signed by charter day cannot board.

You break it, you buy it. Throwing up in the toilet is a $200 fee, please use the lake or a trash bag instead. No feminine products in the toilets or a $200 fee applies.

No, we do not offer fishing charters.

We are not lifeguards. Guests swim at their own risk.
