⚠ Important — 20% Gratuity Required

A minimum 20% gratuity is required and paid directly to your captain on the day of your charter. Accepted: cash, Zelle, or Venmo. This is not collected through this website and is in addition to your charter total above.

Policies & Terms — Quick Summary

Booking Fee: 10% non-refundable booking fee due at checkout. Balance due 14 days before charter.

$250 Damage Deposit: A $250 hold is placed on your card at checkout. No funds are withdrawn unless damage occurs. Released within 48 hours of charter completion.

Gratuity: Minimum 20% gratuity required, paid directly to captain (cash, Zelle, or Venmo) on the day of the charter.

Cancellation: Booking fee is non-refundable. 14+ days before: full balance refund. 7–13 days: 50% refund. <7 days: no refund.

BYOB Policy: Guests may bring their own alcohol. No glass on deck or pontoon (cabin only). Organizer responsible for ensuring no guest under 21 consumes alcohol.
